CURRENT CLASS SCHEDULE (Feb. 1- March 20th, 2010)                                FUTURE CLASS SCHEDULE(Starting March 22, 2010)

Monday - Friday:     5:30am, 6:30am, 9:15am, Noon, 5:30pm                           Monday - Friday:   5:15am, 6:15am, 9:15am, Noon, 5:30pm

                                                                                                                                       Tues. & Thurs. only: 4:30pm

Saturday:  6am, 7am, 8am                                                                                       Saturday:  6am, 7am, 8am

Monday, Wednesday, Friday are resistance training classes.                          Monday, Wednesday, Friday are resistance classes.

Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday are kickboxing classes.                                       Tuesday, Thursday, Saturdays are kickboxing classes.

 

JOHNSTON STUDIO
