URBANDALE STUDIO

CURRENT CLASS SCHEDULE

Monday - Friday:   5:15am, 6:15am, 9:15am, Noon, 5:30pm

Monday - Thursday: 4:30pm

Saturday:  6am, 7am, 8am                                                                                      

Monday, Wednesday, Friday are resistance training classes.                                                                                                                                                  Tuesday, Thursday, Saturdays are kickboxing classes.

 

JOHNSTON STUDIO

CURRENT CLASS SCHEDULE

Monday - Friday:  5:15am, 6:15am, 5:30pm

Saturday :  6:30 am (kickboxing), 7:30am (resistance)                  

Monday, Wednesday, Friday are kickboxing classes                                         

Tuesday, Thursday are resistance classes                                                         

 

AMES STUDIO

CURRENT CLASS SCHEDULE

Monday - Friday:  5am, 6am, 9:15am, 5:30pm

Saturday:  6am, 7am, 8am                                                                                        

Monday, Wednesday, Friday are resistance classes                                         

Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday are kickboxing classes
