CAROLYN LAWRENCE, National Sales Mgr., KDSM Fox 17 I joined GIM to re engergize my fitness level and lose 10 lbs. I have worked out most of my adult life and worked out consistently and hard. GIM was a terrific combination of cardio fitness and resistance training. The staff welcomed you like an old friend and worked individually with all of my group to allow us to acheive the results we were looking for. I increased my strength and fitness level and loved every minute of it. Well.....most every minute of it ;). The instructors are tremendous, they keep you motivated and at the same time we all have fun. Having taught at, and attended, several of the city's top health facilities I can truly say GIM is top rated in technique, accountability, friendliness, and their desire to make you feel "like everybody knows your name."

SARAH SCHMITZ, Sr. Intermediary Marketing Strategist, Principal Financial It took me 4 plus years to realize my reasons of "over 30, had a baby, no time, too busy," fell nothing short of EXCUSES for not having the slender figure I wanted (and never appreciated) at age 25. On a whim, at 10pm on a Friday night in January, I decided to sign up for a fitness challenge boot camp at this new place called Goals in Motion. Less than 12 hours later, I was handed a pair of red wraps and some boxing gloves........? At that moment, I started thinking to myself "I'm not going to like this, should I ask for a refund now?" Well 4 months later, I am loving it!!! I even begged my husband to let me go back for more....aka The Maintenance Program. I am baffled at how "in shape" I really am. In the 9 week challenge I shaved off 2 minutes on my mile run, doubled my push ups and sit ups, and finally.... after years of "wishing I could," can do a set of military style push ups without caving (giving up). All the other programs I've tried.... what a waste. I get "bang for my buck" at GIM. Without any hesitation, Goals in Motion is the right place for someone to get back into an exercise groove...or if you never had one.....get one. At GIM you will experience awesome instructors that deliver result-producing cardio and toning routines that differ from day to day, and week to week. Boredom will not happen at GIM!! Better yet, every day you will be EXCITED to get up and go to class and get the only kind of results anyone wants...the STICKY kind!!

AMY WORMSLEY, Star 102.5 It's my experience that GIM not only helped me shape my body, but also my attitude. After completing the 9 week fitness challenge, I not only lost 10 pounds, but rejuvinated my spirit. The instructors at GIM create a positive atmosphere that makes you want to accomplish your goals. I have been a college athlete and have completed 2 marathons, but after my daughter I lost my mojo. The mixture of strength training and cardio helped me find my inner athlete once again. I also loved the fact that there are a variety of people in the classes working out at different levels and we all become a team, pushing everyone to do their personal best. The personal service and friendship that GIM offers is second to none!!! The instructors remember everyone's name and take the time to answer questions and work one on one with students. Thank you GIM for reminding me that I am strong and I can accomplish whatever I put my mind to.

ANDREW BORMANN, Nursing Student When a friend said to me lets do the total body challenge at Goals in Motion, I thought to myself, "I do not need something like that, I am in shape, I am happy with the way my body looks, and I workout fairly regularly." I reluctantly joined. However, I found the trainers at GIM to be very friendly, welcoming, encouraging, and motivating. The trainers consistently challenged me to move up in my level of intensity during the cardio workouts and to increase my weight during resistance training. Soon I began to lose weight and increase my muscle definition. I had an increase in energy throughout the day, my mind was clearer, and most importantly, I felt like an overall healthier person. GIM has helped me to realize how important fitness is and gave me the ability to become a healthier and happier person. I feel privileged to have been a part of the total body challenge at GIM as well as to have a great gym to work out at in order to continue my fitness goals.
KELLY I am so happy I joined Goals in Motion, going through the challenge has taught me a lot about me that I didn't know. Like how focused I can get, how far I can push myself, that I can eat often and still have low body fat and not feel bad about my weight. I don't feel singled out when I make a mistake, I feel encouraged to do better. Everything about my experience has changed many things in my life. Thank You!
SHARON I have found the GIM studio to be a very good place to work out. The staff is friendly, supportive, and knowledgable. Unlike the "big box" gyms down the street, there is a personal feel to working out here. I like that the instructors emphasize the correct techniques to maximize results and prevent injuries. And thanks to their efforts and mine, my weight is now actually what my driver's license says it is.
